Information collected
When you request a guest list, table, or event recommendation, Vegas With Diego may collect your name, email address, phone number, selected event, group size, travel dates, notes, and communication preferences. If you choose text updates, the consent wording and time of consent are also recorded.
How information is used
This information is used to process your request, send confirmations or event reminders you requested, respond to questions, coordinate with the applicable venue or promotional partner, prevent duplicate messages, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.
Service providers and sharing
Information may be processed by service providers that support email, text messaging, hosting, and event registration, or shared with a venue or promotional partner when needed to handle your selected event. Vegas With Diego does not sell or rent personal information. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Text-message choices
Text updates are optional. Reply STOP to any automated message to opt out. Telnyx applies supported opt-outs across the messaging profile. Reply HELP or contact Diego at (626) 484-2379 for assistance.
Retention and security
Guest-list and consent records are retained only as reasonably needed for event coordination, recordkeeping, fraud prevention, and legal or carrier requirements. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet or mobile transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices

Age and event policies
This service is intended for adults age 21 and older. Venue admission, capacity, identification, dress code, timing, and guest-list benefits remain controlled by each venue.
